Poiana Brasov, a spectacle of nature!

Are you passionate about winter sports?

The ski resort, Poiana Brasov, a snowy jewel in the heart of Transylvania and one of the top 10 in Europe is a must-see when visiting Brasov.

Located 12 kilometers from the city Brasov, from where it is easily accessible in just 20 minutes with buses leaving the center, Poiana Brasov is located at an altitude of 1030 meters above sea level, in the Postavaru massif and its máximum height is 1,799 meters.

Originally, in 1895, when it was founded, it was a district of Brasov, but in 1906 it was declared a winter resort and the first skiing test was held in Romania, since then various tests of winter sports had place.

Surrounded by four mountains: Postavaru, Piatra Craiului, Bucegi and Piatra Mare, the station is an important international tourist center and an excellent place to practice skiing or snowboarding. It has 7 magnificent ski slopes with different degrees of difficulty (3 black, 1 red and 3 blue) that run between forests and have excellent snow for 4-5 months a year, offering visitors spectacular views and miles of descents.

For beginners in winter sports, we recommend you to choose the Bradul or Stadion tracks. Those who have more experience in skiing or snowboarding can venture and enjoy a double dose of adrenaline on the slopes Lupului, Drumul Roşu, Slalom, Subteleferic and Ruiului. The track Drumul Rosu is the longest slope in Romania with a length of 4.6 kilometers.

Our hotel, located in the city center Brasov, a few minutes walk from the bus stop that goes up to Poiana, is the ideal place to enjoy the ski slopes during the day and the restaurants and nightlife of Brasov overnight.

In order to make your adventure comfortable and enjoyable and to recover after a day on the slopes, we offer you our comfortable rooms, where you will live unique experiences, rich breakfasts, our restaurant with international and Romanian cuisine and our services of transfers with professional chauffeurs.

We wait for you with a smile and a surprise,
